RE-CONNECTING HUMANS TO NATURE

The story of HempSponch begins with dr. Mihael Habjanič Kasaš ( Misi ), an advocate for sustainable living and a problem-solver at heart. With a PhD in Chemical Engineering, he is a passionate environmental activist, and a biodynamic and organic farmer. Frustrated by the waste produced by traditional sponges, Misi explored the natural strength and durability of hemp fiber. 

 

With a deep understanding of both the molecular world and the natural ecosystem, dr. Misi recognized the unsustainable nature of conventional dish sponges. Frustrated by the plastic waste and environmental impact, they embarked on a personal mission to find a better way. Leveraging their scientific background and intimate connection with the land, dr Misi explored the remarkable properties of hemp fiber. 

 

This journey of research and experimentation led to the creation of HempSponch – a testament to the power of combining scientific knowledge with a profound respect for nature. More than just a cleaning product, HempSponch embodies Dr. Misi’s commitment to creating practical, eco-friendly solutions for everyday life, proving that effective cleaning and environmental responsibility can go hand in hand
